Refund Policy
Acceptance of Terms
Clients are required to settle all outstanding payments to ONGOING (nowongoing.com) for services provided up until the verified cancellation date. There will be no prorated refunds for partial months. For security reasons, all cancellation requests must be made in writing and submitted by the authorized party. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the 3-day cooling-off period from the order date.
To ensure transparency and quality, all calls (both inbound and outbound) made through ONGOING’s corporate offices are digitally recorded. These recordings form part of the verbal agreement between ONGOING and the client. Any cancellation requests made after the cooling-off period will require full payment of the agreed price unless otherwise mutually agreed between ONGOING and the client.
Payment Terms
Clients agree to pay ONGOING for services as per the selected program and payment plan, inclusive of any applicable taxes. By enrolling in a service, the client authorizes ONGOING to charge their credit card or debit their bank account according to the agreed payment schedule (whether monthly or one-time). Payments are processed at the time of sign-up, including enrollments made over the phone. ONGOING reserves the right to pursue alternative payment collection methods, including debt collection services, if necessary. Clients will be responsible for any collection costs incurred, including attorney fees.
All payments must be made to YELLOW PETALS, the parent company of ONGOING.
Payment Collection
As ONGOING assumes financial risk by providing services such as sponsored listings, clients are required to maintain an active and valid payment method on file. If payment is declined, ONGOING reserves the right to suspend services immediately, including website hosting, sponsored listings, and ongoing support. Failure to resolve payment issues may result in termination of the agreement, with ONGOING retaining ownership of the website or related services until the account is settled. In the case of early termination of a term commitment, all outstanding fees will become due.
To avoid disruptions, clients are encouraged to maintain multiple forms of payment on file.
Web Design Course
For students enrolled in ONGOING’s web design courses, a refund may be requested after attending up to two classes if they are dissatisfied. However, refunds will not be granted if three or more classes have been attended.
Representations and Warranties
By entering into this agreement, the client represents and warrants that:
- They have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.
- Services provided by ONGOING will be used solely for lawful business purposes.
- They hold all necessary rights for any materials or information provided in connection with this agreement.
